Terms of Service
By registering an account you agree all of the following conditions: You may not:

  • You are not allowed to have more then 1 account per person. (This means you are only allowed 1 account per IP-address, when more than 1 account appears on you family account list, you are not allowed to have any interference with them (Cash Transfers, Escrow, Casino Bets, Organised Crimes, E.O. )
  • Sharing your account with other people is not allowed.
  • Use tools to rank faster, or that can change the game play.
  • Use illegal, sexual, discriminating or other kind of explicit content in your signature, messages or forum posts;
  • Use abusive language or discriminate other players.
  • Advertise on Modern-Mafia.
Additional:
  • You play Modern-Mafia at your own risk.
  • Modern-Mafia cannot be held responsible for any of your actions.
  • Admin's/Moderators are allowed to delete or downgrade your account any time without providing you with a reason.
  • All prices in Modern-Mafia is Virtual money and cannot be exchanged into real money.
  • We are allowed to change the disclaimer any time without informing the players.

Casino Holding Rules:

You are only allowed to hold:

  • 2 Casino's at a time
  • 1 Bulletfactory at a time
  • 1 Shooting range at a time.

Points:

  • Its not allowed to sell Points for real money.
  • Points only count for one round. you won't receive your unused Points after a reset.
  • Purchasing Points will be disabled 1 week before a Reset.
  • You will be informed about a reset at least 1 week before it happens. ( you have till then to spend you Points.

Health Warning:

  • For your health, be sure to take a break of about 15 minutes during every hour of play. Avoid playing when tired or suffering from lack of sleep. Always play in a well-lit room, sitting as far from the screen as possible. Some people experience epileptic seizures when playing games. Even players who have never had any seizures may nonetheless have an undetected epileptic condition. Consult your doctor before playing games if you have an epileptic condition or immediately should you experience any of the following symptoms during play: dizziness. altered vision. muscle twitching. other involuntary movements. loss of awareness of you surroundings. mental confusion. and / or convulsions.
